Properties Launched in 2015 Gain Pace
Properties Launched in 2015 will TOP in 2018 begins to take pace in late 2016 and early 2017.
Buyers in Quarter 4 2016 to Quarter 1 2017 are snapping up units at projects launched in 2015 and earlier. Developers such as Hong Leong Holdings, MCL Land, Qingjian and MCC Land enjoyed buoyant sales last year for projects launched before last year.
Projects that enjoyed sizeable sales includes Commonwealth Tower in Queenstown, Coco Palms in Pasir Ris, The Santorini in Tampines while Executive Condos that enjoyed well-received sales includes Wandervale in Choa Chu Kang, Bellewoods in Woodlands, Bellewaters in Sengkang and Treasure Crest in Anchorvale Crescent.
